We are excited to introduce you to our “What I Need” (WIN) program, a specialized initiative designed to provide individualized instruction and support to our students. This program aims to address the unique learning needs and abilities of each child, ensuring their academic success and personal growth.
The key components of the “What I Need” Program are:
- Personalized Learning Plans: each student will have an individualized plan tailored to their specific strengths, areas for growth, and learning goals.
- Differentiated Instruction: ensures all students receive instruction that aligns with their unique requirements, maximizing their learning potential.
- Data-Driven Assessment: our WIN teachers will be consistently using multiple measures both from our assessment tools as well as classroom instruction to provide interventions that are differentiated in order to close achievement gaps.
It is our mission to provide educational programming that is beneficial for each student’s academic growth and success as well as tailoring instruction to provide the support needed for student growth and development.
